~ TERMS OF SERVICES ~

By reading this document and showing the intent of commissioning me, you agree to the following :

GENERAL

  • I have rights to delay, refuse, or cancel any project or slot if the client doesn't fulfill the requirement or exceeds the designated schedule.

  • I will not do NSFW and models that make me uncomfortable such as a very large boob or too much skin exposed.

  • I have the right to use the work for my portfolio (showcase videos, tutorial videos, promotion of commissions, and posting of WIPs).

  • The client should give credit to me in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions. The credits should be easily seen and not purposefully hard to get to.

  • The client may use the model for commercial purposes.

  • The client not allowed to redistribute the model to public and claim the commissioned work as your work.

  • The client / payor and artist agree to not share any personal information that may be known to both parties during the commission process.

  • A project that has a deadline of less than the estimated time is considered as a rush order. I may not be able to accept it if the deadline is tight.

RIGING SERVICE

  • In most cases, I will not rig a previously rigged model. There are rare exceptions, and in those cases, I require permission from both the model artist and the original live2D rigger.

  • The clients WON'T be receiving the original and editable Live2D file, only the files ready for facial tracking.

PAYMENT & ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Full payment upfront or payment plan before I work on the commissions.

  • Payment will be done through PayPal Invoice or QRIS (local).

  • Exchange rate for local 1 USD = 10k IDR.

  • The client wants a rush order (30% of total commissions).

  • The client asks too much revisions / major revisions.

REFUNDS

  • Absolutely not file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission.

  • A refund can be issued when: Before I could work on the commissions, The client’s commission has been terminated by me, I cannot fulfill the commission by the deadline and was denied a deadline extension.

  • A refund cannot be issued when: The commissions progress already around physics on body rigging.

  • No more than 40% of total commission price if head and/or body is done. No more than 70% of total commission price if face is done.

~ COMMISSIONS PROCESS ~

  • Order by DM me on any social media.

  • Individual slots will not be taken until I have confirmed details with the client and have decided to take on the project.

  • Full payment upfront or payment plan.

  • Invoice sent to the client once I am ready to start on a project.

  • I start working on the project after the invoice is paid.

  • The client will be given access to their own project tracker.

  • I will send a picture, video and/or test file updates of the model movement as much as possible to make sure that the model suits their preferences.

  • Once the work is complete, I will send the prototype files before delivering all the final files.

  • For clients availing payment plans, they need to pay the remaining payment at this stage.

  • If there are any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the project files, these points will be fixed and we will send a new version of the files.

  • The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and the client has given approval or if the client hasn’t replied within 48 hours.

  • If tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the client.



~ FAQ ~

Q : Is there any waiting list?
A : Yes, there is. You can always ask me for the available slot.

Q : Can I upgrade the rig someday later?
A : You can upgrade the rig as long as you have plan a schedule.

Q : What if my model isn't ready for rig?
A : You could ask your artist for a revision or use my service with additional fee.

Q : Do I need to pay my slot reservation?
A : No, I only accept payment once I am ready to start on the project.

Q : Do you accept the rush fee ?
A : Yes, it’s 30% of total cost. A project that has a deadline of less than the estimated time is considered as a rush order. I may not be able to accept it if the deadline is tight.
